WORK DAY REMINDERS:
1. Bring your LUNCH (everyday). Do not pack lunches together.
2. Sunscreen (in lunch - to reapply at lunch time)
3. Hydration Pack - filled with water. We will have water to refill when empty.
4. A snack bar in your hydration pack works great for a mid-morning and afternoon snacks.
5. Let us know if you have any special medical conditions such as inhalers or epi-pens.
6. Eat a good breakfast and get plenty of rest the night before you work.
7. Closed toe shoes (no sandals no flip flops). We will be doing a lot of walking in the dirt. High top tennis shoes work best. All shoes must be tied up properly. Work boots do not work well. No-show socks do not work well.

10. Rain gear/Rain poncho is great for the mornings. Put your name on the inside. Don't go spend a lot of money on a set. After a few days the worker will know what is best for them.
11. On those chilly mornings a sweatshirt is a must to keep warm. We usually ask them to take them off mid morning after it has warmed up.
12. We will supply you with Glasses, Gloves, and Hat. You need to bring these with you everyday.
13. We can NOT give out any type of medication (not even Motrin or Tylenol) if you think that you will need some Motrin or Tylenol please bring it with your lunch.

15. REMINDER: If your worker is not feeling well, injured, not rested... They should NOT come to work. When they are better they may then return to work.
